Install Relay
Get Relay for iPhone and iPad on the App Store (iOS 17 or later) or for Android on Google Play. Desktop apps for macOS and Windows are in beta - email support@xivg.ai for early access.
Sign in & pair your companies
Open Relay and sign in with your XIVG email and password. The app automatically pairs with every company you have access to.
Not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Relay in your device settings (iOS Settings → Notifications, or the Android app info → Notifications), then sign out and back in to re-register the device.
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time on our account deletion page.
Chrome extension
Add to Chrome
Install the XIVG Relay extension from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it to your toolbar so it is always one click away.
Sign in
Click the XIVG icon in your toolbar and sign in with your XIVG email and password to connect your companies and AI employees.
Permissions
The extension reads the active tab only when you ask an employee to act on it. You can review or revoke access anytime from the chrome://extensions page.
Remove the extension
Right-click the XIVG icon and choose Remove from Chrome, or manage it from the chrome://extensions page. Removing the extension does not delete your account - use the account deletion page for that.
