Why pay extra when there's a self-serve builder?
Because your time is worth something. Self-serve takes 1-3 hours of focused work to set up well. Done-For-You is for customers who'd rather spend that time running their business while we handle the configuration.
Do I have to provide my own API keys?
No - if you choose Managed pricing on your monthly plan, we cover all AI model access. If you choose BYOK, we'll set up your dashboard so you can paste in your own Anthropic / OpenAI keys after we hand off.
What if I want to change something after the 30-day tuning period?
You own the dashboard. The drag-and-drop builder lets you update the blueprint, redeploy, and adjust your AI Employee yourself any time. We're always available for paid follow-on work too - just reach out.
Can I cancel after Done-For-You is delivered?
Yes - the one-time DFY fee is yours regardless. Your monthly plan is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. If you cancel, your blueprint stays exportable and we'll help you transition cleanly.
How does Enterprise differ from Team + DFY?
Enterprise is for 8+ AI Employees, custom API integrations, full operations audits, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is quote-based because the scope varies wildly. Tell us what you need.
